I have been using the Huawei Mate 9 now for a few weeks and seem to be getting more and more great photos from its camera.
Below are a selection of the photos taken.
Both of the above photos used the wide aperture mode from the Huawei Mate 9.

What sort of editing was done on the photo of the snow-covered moor? Beautiful photo, that.

Crop to 16:9 from 4:3. A little dehaze. That’s it. Maybe a vignette on the edges slightly.

That’s why I love the Mate 9.

It’s clearly a lovely camera module + software. However I’m just not willing to spend that much on a phone this year – or possibly ever again. If I really need a better camera, I’d rather get that.
