The 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet – 800 calories a day for 8 weeks

On the 16th July 2016, I decided to start a special diet to improve my internals, mainly my blood sugar/glucose levels along with my liver and pancreas. To set the scene, I am not diabetic but without a doubt if I had continued my current food regime I would have reached type 2 diabetes.
