So the Gear S has arrived. It is being charged now along with the Note 4 before I have a play. My first impressions of the Gear S is wow. I love the monstrous size. My wife burst out laughing. Said it looked like a prison tag and asked when my visiting hours were up.

i am kind of curious about how long the battery lasts when used as a standalone mobile. And about the size, is it unbearably large or i can’t shake off how awkward it looks large?

I love it at the size it is. Others may not. My wife liked the look of the curved screen but thought it was huge. That is too big on me. But i disagree 😄

I am thinking of getting it but the size and cost kind of puts me off. Did you get it from the store or you ordered it online
