The other day I filmed 2 very short videos of the Sony Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact. The Z5 Premium was photographed but you can’t tell the difference really between the standard Z5, other than a razor sharp screen.
I really like the Z5 Compact. Great to hold and easily pocketable.

Gavin are you saying as an expert in smartphones you can’t tell the difference between the 1080p screen and the 4k screen on the Sony Z5? I ask.as I can see the difference between 2k and 1080p on my various devices.

You can tell the difference. I’m preparing a post for the Premium. May take a while to go live as internet is slow as overloaded at IFA. Whether the difference is worth the battery hit is another consideration.
