Tesla is building a new faster roadster that will be sold in 2020. It claimed it could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 1.9 seconds. It has a top speed of over 250 mph. It goes 0 to 100 mph in 4.2 seconds. And has a huge range of 620 mile on one full charge.
As an all-electric supercar, the Tesla Roadster maximizes the potential of aerodynamic engineering—with record-setting performance and efficiency. It is also the first supercar to set every performance record and still fit seating for four.

I wonder if the bits will fall off it that quickly as well! Tesla’s are a great idea but their build quality and business ethics leave a lot to be desired. So much so that were I in the market for an EV they would be immediately struck off my list.
