These are without a doubt the best noise cancelling headphones available, super lightweight and a great sound. But what’s missing?

If I saw your reviews first I would have ordered the silver one. They look much more detailed and realistic on the photo/video that you took than those on Bose’s Official Website. I know they don’t have all the features that we’d want but the comfort of wearing them is second to none.

It was a tough call between the 2 colours. IMO neither look premium as such, but I felt the silver stood out more.

I found that with the out of the box firmware (1.03), listening to the headphones with no music playing (IE, just with the ANC on) made me feel ill – I think there was a problem with the left channel being out of sync. Anyway, I’ve just updated to 1.06 and everything’s fine now, so it’s worth double-checking your firmware version and if necessary updating from a PC (the companion App didn’t see the update in my case).
