The developer of the fantastic iOS and android app , X-Plane, explains how 5 years ago he received a lawsuit from a patent troll when he uploaded his app to the Google Play Store. Why? Because the Patent Troll owned the Play Store.
Sound fishy? Gets worse. The lawsuit hearing is being held where the judge who decides the outcome has a son. The son is the lawyer for the patent troll company.
