Beef Pie, mash and vegetables snapped using the food mode. Weirdly the Note 4 saved this shot in main memory instead of the external micro sd card.
Also, I realised that the photo comparison from yesterday really was a Note 4 win as the file size setting was on 6mp not 16mp. The iPhone 6 Plus was shooting at 8mp. Now just imagine the extra detail that could have been available on the Note 4!
I think you need to do some shots with the Food app to compare regular shots and then the Food download. I am a blogger and I was all about the iPhone 6 PLUS. However, this camera is convincing me otherwise

I am currently in the process of upgrading my phone, and as many others have to decide between Note 4 and iPhone 6 Plus. Now from viewing your galleries I know that both are quite capable in the camera department. But my question is: I will be taking plenty of food shots. Wondering if you think the Note 4 or the Plus will be better suited for this task? Of course, I know that neither beats a decent camera, but could not always be bothered to go fetch and setup my camera 😉

For food Note 4. You have macro and selective focus mode too. Plus with all those extra pixels cropping in is great too.

Note 4 beats iphone 6 plus with a damn good margin. The photography is very excellent and beautiful. It also provides you with a vast variety of modes, filters and effects.
