Sony Xperia Z2 and Z2 Tablet – great news on the screens

The new smartphone and tablet from Sony finally do not have the anti shatter protectors fitted which ruined the look and feel of the previous models.

This explains why the new screens look so much better on the Z2 phone and Z2 Tablet.

I have the Z1 Compact and it has the ASF fitted and it is better than the ordinary Z1 so they have surley a better IPS display also so I dont think all of the improved look is because of the ASF is removed

I have the protectors on the Z1 and they scratch soooooo easily. Clearly visible when the display is black or displaying dark colours.
