Once again Sony have released a teaser photo, showing the 20.7mp G sensor of its upcoming flagship, code named Honami.
In addition Sony have posted a 30 second video teaser on YouTube
A little over a month ago, a leaked system dump from the upcoming Sony i1 Honami revealed that it could capture video at 4K (4000 x 2000) resolution.
Phonearena and esato have uncovered a slideshow presentation regarding the Honami, which confirms that it can record video at 4K.
This really sounds too good to be true but the official reveal on the 4th September is not now far away, so soon all the specifications will be public.
EPrice has leaked a new render of the upcoming Sony Honami.
ePrice also detailed the specs, a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800, 2GB of RAM, 16GB on-board storage with microSD card expansion, a 5-inch 1080p display with Sony’s Triluminos technology and a 3000mAh battery. We’re also hearing about a Sony G-Lens for the 20.7MP rear camera, and a BIONZ image processing engine. All looks like a decent phone.

Images released by Just Another Mobile Blog are meant to be of Sony’s upcoming flagship. The latest rumours back up my previous post detailing the full mind blowing specifications.
These include a 5-inch full HD display, a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and a non-removable battery 3,000 mAh, a 20-megapixel rear camera with a Cybershot CMOS sensor and Carl Zeiss lens, textured backplate and aluminium frame. The audio will feature Sony’s S Master amp.
And this is due to be launched on 4th July. I’m really looking forward to this phone. Decent camera and audio, decent memory too.
