Apple – It is your turn to strike!
Samsung, Sony, HTC, Huawei and many others have all laid their wares out for all to see.
Now in a few days time, it is down to Apple to steal everyones thunder with new iPhones, maybe iPads and a wearable or two.
Predictably, it will either be a stampede of hardware/software ecstasy or in reality it will just be small iterations over previous hardware.
Personally, I am not expecting miracles!
Apple – the world awaits as the date is set – 9th September 2014 – here comes the new iPhone and more
On the 9th September 2014, Apple is holding a big media event. In fact I reckon it will be fever pitch. The new iPhone or iPhones will be announced. New software too. And one more new thing at least.
In other Apple news, iOS 8 beta 5 got released with more tweaks and bug fixes. Apple’s App Store had the best month ever in July 2014.
Is Apple going to show the world how to operate and create a health app along with slick hardware and software. Perhaps fitness bands or watches. New iPads too. New software integration with macs and iPhones and iPads. It really is about to get red hot in the Apple arena.
Of course, if the products are dull, then Apple will be doomed of course 😉

This appeared on YouTube. It is the closest look at what the iPhone 6 will look like (or not).
Is this the front of the next iPhone?
An alleged photo of what appears to be a front panel from Apple’s larger-screen iPhone 6 has surfaced on Chinese microblogging site Weibo.
Thing is are we really that surprised? And how much more will Apple charge for the privilege of a larger display. According to rumours they want an extra $100 from carriers.
What interests me is the software and services improvements and whether there is any hardware innovation integrated in to the new phone.
Only 5 months to find out and at least another 1,000 rumours.
