The most attractive Android Wear watch is a bold claim. Let’s hope this is the case.
TKTechNews.com managed to grap a photo of the new Moto X+1. And from the photos it shows it has four sensors. These could be used to provide 3D effects or the sensors will work with Moto Alert and the Moto 360 watch. The rear Moto logo is the power button that can be customisable by the user. The device is an aluminium frame with changeable backs in wood, plastic, leather and denim. Verizon will have a carbon fibre finish.
This looks really interesting. Hopefully it won’t be long before Motorola reveals all.
French website nowhereelse.fr produced a photo showing the size comparison of the new iPhone sizes.

In other Apple news – Mastercard and Visa have teamed up with Apple for their new payment system. Only 6 more days to find out the big news.
Yesterday there was nude photos from about 100 celebrities. The photos had come from their iCloud photostream.
According to Apple, they are actively investigating. Not only is this bad timing with their new product launches around the corner, it is terrible PR and it’s the accounts of celebrities.
Hopefully, Apple will release more info, but if this is anything like an earlier hack, it could simply be another online service that got hacked, and the iCloud passwords were similar, identical or weak.
Either way, its not good news.
Dixons Carphone the merger of Dixons and Carphonewarehouse has just dealt a huge blow to its rival Phones4U.
Vodafone has signed an enhanced agreement with Dixons Carphone and at the same time ditched Phones4U. This leaves Phones4U in a awkward position as O2 and Three UK are not sold via the retailer.

Talkandroid.com obtained photos of Huawei’s monster phablet, the new Ascend Mate 7.
It has a finger scanner, 1080p display, 13/5 MP camera (back and front, respectively), 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM, and a whopping 4,000 mAh battery. The processor running the beast is a HiSilicon Kirin 920, which has four more powerful Cortex-A15 cores, and four less battery-intensive Cortex-A7 cores.
Clearly a mid range phone and will be priced accordingly.
Grainy photos obtained via androidcentral.com give a glimpse of the next iteration of Wearables from Sony. Until we know the detailed specs and pricing on these it is difficult to make a call on whether these will be winners or losers in the next round of Wearables.
And now SonyUK twitter account tweeted the above shot. Clearly waterproofing is going to feature more on any new hardware.
From the patent office, Apple patented the flowing –
“On August 28, 2014, the US Patent & Trademark Office published a patent application from Apple that reveals an improved method of producing a lightning connector that has a newly defined breaking strength. This new feature will be able to protect the receptacle lightning connector and/or the electronic device from damage when a force is applied to the lightning connector. One of Apple’s patent figures specifically presents a new docking station utilizing this new feature.”
So a more flexible lightning cable that doesn’t break when pressure is applied. I know of a few people who have broken the ends of the cable, but to date this have never happened to me (yet).
The big event is in a few days time on the 3rd September. But these are the specifications of the Note 4. Obviously software tricks with the stylus might be more important than the hardware.

3) Processor will depend on region. Either an octa-core Exynos 5433 processor or Snapdragon 805 with 420 Adreno GPU.
4) 3gb ram. 4gb rumoured. 32gb internal storage.
5) Camera. Rear 16mp with 4K video recording. Front 3.7mp
6) Finger print scanner, heart rate monitor and S-Pen will be present.
