Sena iPhone 5 Walletslim case

Sena Cases have released the walletslim for the iPhone 5. I received the dark brown leather colour and its gorgeous. You have 3 slots on the back, which allow for 2 credit cards, and 3 of something slimmer. Ideal if you don’t want to take your wallet out. The case costs around £35. They also do another version with a front flip and with or without the wallet part.

I have around 30 cases for the iPhone 5 and this is my favourite since it adds to the look of the phone. It is also useful.

I would comment that my past experiences of Sena Cases haven’t been glowing. I found that whilst the leather was excellent, the lining up of the cutouts was sloppy. Not so here though.

Protect your iPhone

You’re reading this and you think you have setup a 4 digit pass code and FindmyPhone app. If you haven’t do it now. If you have a mac and an iPad do the same.

But the above steps are not enough. Go to settings, general restrictions and enable it. Turn off deleting apps, turn off allow location changes, and accounts changes. Now if your phone is stolen out of your hand and not pass locked the thief cannot delete the FindmyPhone app. The thief cannot delete the account or any of your email accounts and cannot turn off location services.

Now go find the bastard!

Sony PS4

The date is tomorrow when Sony takes the lid of the new Playstation v4. At the same time it has slashed prices of its PS Vita.

I just wonder if enough people will buy a consul machine now we have iPhone and Google gaming apps.

I hope so since if you get a chance to play on either the PS Vita or Playstation then you will realise a phone or tablet doesn’t even come close to the gaming experience.

The PS Vita is a marvel IMO but does take a little time to get used to all the control options. Also the PS store has some great gaming classics that play super hot on the Vita, like Resident Evil.

In fact a lot of the older games are better than newer ones for gameplay and depth.

Introducing the LG Optimus G Pro

This is LG’s phone with a 5.5 inch screen to take on the Note 2. It features kitchen sink specifications but no Wacom stylus. So why buy it?

Well it looks good, sort of, so that is a good enough reason. Yes. What do you mean it’s not. I forgot to tell you of it’s unique feature. You can record with front and back cameras simultaneously. Now I’ve always wanted to do that! Not.

Manufacturers need to realise like Samsung, Sony and Apple do, that you need special software and hardware Eco integration to make a phone different. The LG just seems like the next high spec phone.

Or do you disagree.

Archos releases new tablets

Archos has released new iPad looking tablets. But as Tim Cook recently said its about the user experience than the specs.

Anyway here’s the press release.

Denver, CO – February 14, 2013 – ARCHOS, an award-winning innovator in consumer electronics, introduces the Platinum range, a new line of tablets that feature a sleek aluminum design combined with the best high definition IPS displays, quad-core processors and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
