Samsung Galaxy Gifts – Another Case on NOT being able to claim the gift

I’m in a good mood tonight.

Featured device in picture includes Samsung Galaxy S5 that is eligible for the free gift.

And shown again. All you have to do is complete simple online claim form for your free gift.

Only one problem, the S5 is not shown on the list of devices when you go to make the online claim. Misleading or what.

  2. Galaxy gifts for O2 users for S6 also a con.. Have applied 5 times now and it rejects my device elegibility. O2 Customer Services keep manually ordering for me promising to send an email then when no gift or email materialises they claim that I never made a call as it is not logged on their system.

    Also Samsung say that Fleksy keyboard app is offered at premium for their customers downloading from the Galaxy gift store but actually it is not a premium version and the non premium is available for a short time before stopping work and is free to anybody not exclusively to Samsung customers. There are charges in app for premium parts.
