Three UK is pushing a carrier update that enables 4G on your iPhone.

Either connect to iTunes and check for updates. A message will pop up a carrier update is available. Download and install. Takes seconds to do.

Or go to settings, about to trigger it on your iPhone. Carrier number goes from 15.5 to 15.6.
