AT&T have grabbed the HTC One 64gb as an exclusive over the standard 32gb model. I’ve got to say if I was going to upgrade my current phone it would be from the 32gb One to the 64gb version, not that I have come close to using up the memory, just that I would want the best version of the HTC One.
