Competition is the storage space just heated up with Amazon now offering automatic photo uploads via its app. The app also allows for photos to be taken straight from inside the app too, and with 5gb of space to get you started, it’s a competitive offering.

This is sure to add some pressure to Dropbox, but I don’t see Dropbox going anywhere soon. In fact, I reckon the price of storage will drop and the allowance will increase.

Good news for consumers so long as Dropbox doesn’t get swallowed up or pushed out.
