We all have an opinion on this lawsuit one way or another.

In my mind it was never good for innovation or business or reputation on either side. And the only winners are the lawyers.

With Apple and Moto ceasing legal action and now Apple and Samsung agreeing to try and settle out of court, this is a positive step forward.

Let’s hope peace in the Smartphone World occurs.
