Microsoft Surface Phone – the latest

Microsoft is secretly working on a new “Surface Phone,” with development led by the company’s new Devices head Panos Panay.

There have been rumours that Microsoft is working on such a device which would make sense, but now Panos Panay has been promoted and put in charge of all Microsoft devices including the Surface Brand.

What’s so important about Panos Panay? Go listen to him present and he will convince you plastic is gold. If anybody can make a C change in the business, Panos Panay can. In fact the new Surface Phone is nicknamed “Panos Phone”.

Now this is a phone I would like to review!

If you live in the UK or Europe, Samsung has deprived you of the ability to buy the Note 5 which includes its own stylus.

However, no need to worry, as Microsoft has you covered with its new Microsoft Surface Phone which comes with a stylus.

The rumoured phone and specs a 5.5-inch AMOLED display of 1440×2560 16:9, Gorilla Glass 4, Intel Atom x3 (SoFIA) 64-bit processor, 4GB of RAM, 64 and 128GB of expandable storage, Surface Pen compatibility, USB Type-C, Wireless Charging, and all wrapped in an Aluminum and Magnesium unibody, a 21MP PureView Zeiss 6-lens primary camera and an 8MP Zeiss Wide-Angle selfie camera all running Windows 10 Mobile.

If Microsoft release a phone with these specs at a reasonable price then it is something I will be considering.
