Well the news gets worse for Microsoft. Amazon Germany have removed the phone from sale and now Amazon UK won’t sell you the phone as “there is something wrong with Amazon’s inventory”. 

This is slowly turning into a PR disaster for Microsoft. 
Update – Amazon France has also halted sales
