I was just clearing out the spam inbox for my blog and it showed that I have already received 11,202 spam comments which thankfully never got posted.
How much spam do you receive on your email account(s)?

Not too much thankfully. GMail is pretty good at getting rid of it. Having said that I have been getting an increasing amount over the years. I think more sites are passing out email addresses although one does their best to stop this. WordPress is awful with spam, but at least a lot of it gets caught in the filter.
