HTC’s new phablet is set to be released with android 4.3 and Sense 5.5, a 5.9-inch 1080p panel, Snapdragon 800 SoC, along with one of HTC’s UltraPixel cameras and a 2.1-megapixel front-facer.

The fingerprint scanner now seems unlikely, although this might appear with the dual sim version.

As the HTC One Max will have front facing speakers, this is going to be one very large phablet.
