Nice hardware or even a nice OS (remember WebOS?) without a superior ecosystem equals fail. Look at how Windows Phone is struggling because of the lack of quality apps. And Windows Phone has some of the best hardware around. For a business phone, sure – go with BB10. But unless RIM gets the apps that make iOS and Android such runaway hits, I totally don’t see BB10 or any BB10 phone making any real headway in the consumer market.

I agree. And I think Rim knows this too. That’s why at launch it may have more apps than windows phone due to paying developers to port their apps.
